To ensure proper consideration, please submit your application at least 8 to 14 weeks prior to your event. While we respond to every request as quickly as possible, if your application is received with less than six weeks' notice, we may not be able to respond in time for your event.

You are strongly encouraged to attach supporting documents at the end of your application. This will help us to properly assess your sponsorship request.

The application will take about 10 minutes to complete. Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your request. If you do not receive this confirmation, please check your spam folder.

All information collected will be used to assess your sponsorship application and will be kept strictly confidential. For technical assistance only, you may contact Sponsorium at service@sponsor.com.
